Vineta Sayer
Born in 1968, this multi-talented Latvian now lives and works in the UK. Since graduating from the Academy of Art in Riga, Latvia, she has been involved in over 20 mixed exhibitions and has had many solo exhibitions both in the UK and in Latvia.
Etching is one of the many mediums she chooses to work in and has a wide range of subjects in her portfolio. Francis Iles customers will have seen her nudes, horses and flowers.
Oils are another passion for her, particularly effective on her still life subjects. The conte and graphite horses are not masked in any way, but achieved through superb concentration, to brilliant effect. Each challenge she sets herself stretches her and exposes the latent talent in this accomplished artist.
