DELIVERY AND TERMS

STOCK

Many of our our works of art are one off originals or artists proofs that may not be available once the stock item has gone. This can happen over night and virtually simultaneously though we do our best to amend the site quickly and at least once a week.  

FREE DELIVERY

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free for all orders of £50.00 or over (delivery charge for lower value goods £3.50). Delivery within the EEC will be free of charge for all orders of £100.00 or more (delivery charge for orders less than £100.00 within the EEC will be £5.00)

 For the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan and most other countries delivery will be free for all orders of £500.00 or more. Orders under £500.00 will attract a delivery  charge of £27.50 to cover the use of a courier but we can quote for cheaper methods of delivery for non fragile goods.

FULFILLMENT

For all itmes in stock, telephone orders will fulfilled within 5 working days. Please allow a further 5 working days for delivery within the UK and another 5 days for delivery with the EEC. Delivery to the rest of the world will depend on the carrier used and will be quoted on confirmation of order.  Out of stock items can be placed on back order and the customer advised at once. Items no longer available will be advised to the client with 72 hours.

CURRENCY

Transactions will be in £ Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of purchase.

PAYMENT

Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer or credit card in advance of shipment, using our on line catalogue, E mail,  fax, telephone or post.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch cards

TAX

VAT at the prevailing rate of 17.5% is already added to our prices for all orders within the EEC.

GUARANTEE

We accept the return of any goods sent back to us within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. Any item over £500.00 in retail value must be returned to us by a carrier approved by us in advance and fully insured.
