PAUL APPS

Paul will be in the gallery on 28 August from 11 am to 3 pm as artist in redidence. Come and meet him !

Paul Apps is a self taught wildlife and fine artist. His work captures the unique character of the subject, creating images with feeling, narrative, light and atmosphere.  Artworks have been displayed in Africa, Singapore, Europe and the USA where his first solo show sold out. Sotheby’s, Christies and Bonhams have all seen images sell for record prices ensuring that originals are keenly sought after by collectors.

Paul is consistently looking at new ways of representing subjects on canvas. Currently he is using impressionistic, abstract brushstrokes to create outstanding compositions.

Subjects include Sporting, Landscape, Plein air, Animals, Birds and Marine.
