MAUREEN JORDAN Maureen has been a freelance interior and graphic designer for most of her life, involved in the design of shops, exhibitions, offices and hotel refurbishment's. Now, she has switched from successful career to a meteoric one as a full time artist. She has written or been featured in a score of books, and her flower pictures have been reproduced as cards and prints by publishers world-wide. Maureen recently had a sell-out one woman show in New York, and has also exhibited in Hong Kong and has been invited to exhibit at Bonhams. She loves colour and texture and is constantly experimenting with soft pastels - her favourite medium, sometimes mixing vibrant pastels with watercolour, acrylics and metallics creating stunning effects.# We show here a preview of three pictures arriving for the Summer Exhibition. As we receive more we will post them here. |
