CLAUDETTE WORTHERS

Claudette Worters graduated from The London College of Fashion in 1999. Since then Claudette has worked as a jewellery designer researching, developing and designing ranges of silver and costume jewellery for many major retail outlets worldwide.

Inspired by several trips to Venice, Claudette has created her own unique contemporary range of silver and Murano glass jewellery. Each individual piece of glass is lovingly handmade to Claudette's exact specification by expert craftsmen on the island of Murano in Venice, Italy. 24 carat gold and white gold is encased inside the glass. Claudette's designs are then all carefully handset in sterling silver to create each stunning piece of jewellery. Inclusions in both the glass and the silver do occur. There are also slight variations in size and shape and little bubbles or flecks in the glass - this is the nature and beauty of the piece.
